1. The service and operator
SmartBot PAMM ("SmartBot", "we", "us") is a free software platform. A managed PAMM strategy (the "PAMM bot") trades a USD account you open and fund in your own name at our broker partner Tauro Markets. You pick one of our PAMM bots and a risk level (low or high); the bot then trades your account for you.
SmartBot is a software service. We are not a broker, a custodian, a payment institution, an investment adviser, or a regulated investment firm. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full list of limitations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and resident in a jurisdiction where the service is lawfully available. Residents of the United States, Canada, Japan, and any jurisdiction on an applicable sanctions list may not use the service.
3. Accounts and credentials
To use SmartBot you must create an account with a valid email address. To run a PAMM bot, you open and fund a USD account in your own name at Tauro Markets and authorise the managed strategy to trade it. We never see or store your Tauro deposit or withdrawal credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your SmartBot password and your Tauro credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Price: free
SmartBot PAMM is completely free. There is no subscription, no setup fee, and no profit share. We do not charge you anything to use the platform or to run a PAMM bot on your account.
You are solely responsible for funding your own account at Tauro Markets, and for any spreads, swaps, commissions, or other charges that Tauro applies to your trading account. Those are a matter between you and Tauro Markets.
5. No billing
Because the service is free, we do not collect payment from you, keep a card on file, or issue invoices. There is nothing to renew and nothing to pay.
6. Stopping the service
You can stop your PAMM bot and disconnect at any time. Your funds remain in your own Tauro account throughout, and deposits and withdrawals are always made directly with Tauro Markets.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the trade logic of the master accounts.
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicence the copied signals to third parties without our written consent.
- Do not use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to compromise, probe, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users' accounts.
8. AML, KYC, and sanctions
Account creation is subject to email verification. We reserve the right to request additional identity documentation, to refuse or terminate service to any user without specific reason, and to comply with any binding legal or regulatory request, including sanctions screening.
9. Performance: no guarantee
Past performance is not indicative of future results. No element of this site or the platform is a promise, guarantee, or forecast of future returns. Trading may result in losses in excess of the balance on your broker account. See the Risk Disclaimer.
10. Third-party services
The platform relies on Tauro Markets as the broker that holds your account and executes trades, and on Resend for transactional email. The availability, uptime, spreads, and charges of Tauro Markets are outside our direct control and may change. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, fee changes, or policy changes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartBot is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker outages, slippage, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill. Because the service is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where excluding such liability is not permitted by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the integrity of the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Your funds remain in your own Tauro account regardless.
13. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Larnaca, Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant you rights to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
