1. Not a broker, not a financial adviser
SmartBot PAMM is a free software platform. A managed PAMM strategy (the "PAMM bot") trades a USD account you open and fund in your own name at our broker partner Tauro Markets. We do not:
- hold, receive, transfer, or custody client funds;
- place orders on your behalf outside the automated software;
- provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or regulated investment services;
- operate as a broker, dealer, fund, investment firm, or payment institution.
Deposits and withdrawals always happen directly between you and your broker. We are not party to that relationship.
2. Trading leveraged instruments is high-risk
Trading foreign exchange (forex / FX), contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, indices, and crypto-asset derivatives on margin carries a high level of risk. The use of leverage can work for you but equally against you. Before deciding to use SmartBot PAMM, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, financial situation, experience level, and risk appetite.
You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not fund a trading account with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. No guarantee of performance
Past performance, back-tests, demo results, illustrative charts, and simulated trading histories are not reliable indicators of future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance figures have inherent limitations, including but not limited to:
- the absence of real execution risk, slippage, and spread costs;
- the benefit of hindsight in strategy design and parameter tuning;
- no guarantee that identical market conditions will recur or persist.
Any performance illustrations on our website or inside the platform are for reference and demonstration purposes only. Your actual results will differ, potentially substantially, and may be negative.
4. Risk profiles
When you set up a PAMM bot you choose one of two published risk profiles, which scale the strategy's trade size relative to your account balance:
- Low — more conservative sizing
- High — more aggressive sizing
The High profile materially increases the probability of significant or total loss. Never fund an account at a risk level higher than what you are prepared to lose in full.
5. Broker, connection, and execution risk
Our software depends on a continuous connection between Tauro Markets and SmartBot PAMM. Trades may be delayed, partially filled, rejected, or missed due to:
- broker outages, maintenance windows, or slippage;
- internet connectivity issues between the platform and your Tauro account;
- differences in available symbols, lot sizes, or order types;
- margin calls, stop-outs, or liquidity events at Tauro Markets during volatile markets.
We make reasonable efforts to monitor and report account health but cannot guarantee trade execution in all conditions.
6. Regulatory and jurisdictional limitations
SmartBot PAMM is operated from Europe and offered primarily to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. It is not intended for and may not be made available to persons in any jurisdiction where the service is not legally permitted. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
The service is not offered to residents of the United States of America, Canada, Japan, or to any person on an applicable sanctions list.
7. Tax
Trading profits and losses realised on your broker account are your sole responsibility to report and tax in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. SmartBot PAMM does not provide tax advice.
